“It’s our unique qualities that make us who we are. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
Meet your coach
My curiosity to understand people on a deeper level inspired me to study coaching at the University of Cambridge, where I’ve learned so much about human behaviour and the power of connection.
Over the past 25 years I’ve had the privilege of working as an actor and filmmaker. This career has not only been incredibly rewarding, it has also taught me a lot about emotions, personal growth and the courage to face challenges, I wasn’t aware of when starting out in the creative industry.
I have a passion and interest for other cultures and lifestyles, which led me to travel the world and to date I have lived in 5 different countries. This has certainly been a life-changing experience for me. Each place has taught me resilience, adaptability, and how to embrace the unknown. Let me tell you, going to the tax agency with a dictionary in hand can be a challenge:)
And to confirm a common cliché: yes, as a German abroad, I am always in search of good bread!
Alongside my acting career, martial arts has become a significant part of my life. It was absolutely terrifying at first, but it taught me discipline, focus, and how to meet my fears head-on. This is still a work in progress by the way. Being awarded ‘Best Newcomer’ in my Dojo made me even prouder of myself than all my acting accolades.
All these experiences have shaped me into the coach I am today: grounded, empathetic, and focused on well-being.
